In a press conference, Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said this would ensure necessary changes and the proper use of people’s money.
The President issued the directive following his exposure of irregularities in the DPWH flood control projects, which prompted a thorough investigation into the matter.
Marcos expressed outrage upon seeing some "ghost" flood mitigation projects, warning that the private contractors involved would be blacklisted and could face charges of economic sabotage.
